The process is very easy and straightforward. It does not require anything other that the date of service and provides a list of reasons for the visit. The process is easily managed. Directions are clear and simple.

I really appreciate the flexibility in creating a custom plan. The reimbursement is comparable to other similar per insurance companies. My review of 3/5 stars comes mainly from the reimbursement process. It’s unclear what exact documents are required for reimbursement, and almost every time I have to go back in to figure out what is needed. It’s not an easy or intuitive process. It’s very frustrating to get a delay each time, especially when waiting for a significant amount of money to be reimbursed.
