Quick and efficient fix to payment issue

I was able to quickly update my payment method after the one on file had been compromised. It was immediately charged so there was no lapse in payment for my plan.

Amazing customer service

The agent representative did a great job at explaining the coverage plan for an exotic pet (Hermann’s tortoise) and am very happy with my coverage! Now I have peace of mind that my pet will be taken care of in case of an emergency!

Very happy, but claim process could be fewer pages.

Embrace has always been a great company to work with. Typically responsive and everyone I have spoken to on phone has been polite and professional. Claims are not difficult to submit, but would be easier if much of the information could be entered on one page, rather than several.

Embrace Insurance is wonderful; IT is Not

My experience with Embrace insurance itself has always been outstanding. My experience with Embrace IT is terrible. For the second time, after almost an hour of going thru the web instead of the portal to try to get into my account, I was finally able to submit my claim. I have called Embrace Customer service. They have successfully changed my password. I have erased all cookies as they advised. Turned off and restarted my device as advised. Still I get an error message— all apparently because 2 months ago I accidentally mistyped one letter in my user ID. If I have to forever pay the price for this I may not be able to continue with Embrace. I wish Embrace would straighten this out!

Mixed Reaction

This is the first time using pet insurance & submitting a claim. I found the "claim" process straightforward after first making sure the pet's invoice had been scanned into computer. However, did have questions as to what to put for "diagnosis" so did contact my veterinarian's office for asssistance/clarity since the invoice does not have "diagnosis" listed. I find the constant e-mails (AI generated?) to be a form of harassment/intimidation as if I am a bad person to adopt or have elderly animals. Further, constantly reminding me about "pre-existing conditions" in many of those of e-mails makes me think Embrace Pet Insurance only cares about collecting their fees, etc. and NOT the pets' care and health. I believe Embrace can and should be expected to act in a more professional manner towards new customers/subscribers. In short, less intimidating e-mails disguised as informative until after first claim is submitted by pet owner would be appreciated. Embrace can always be more "informative" after initial claim processing.
