Submitted my first claim with Trupanion for an ER visit with my dog. They communicated quickly and clearly. The process was really transparent. Very happy with the experience.

Eases Your Worry
Trupanion has always come through for us when MiMi needed care from our vet. Trupanion is very quick in processing my claims. The money is deposited back into my checking account within 2 to 3 days after submitting my claim. I want to thank Trupanion for the care they gave our little Gracie last year. She was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor and thank God we had Trupanion. She had surgery and needed a lot of medication. Unfortunately the cancer was to far advanced and our little girl passed on Oct.10,2020. Trupanion went all out and provided pre-approved claims for Gracies treatment. I am heartbroken and forever grateful to Trupanion. Trupanion does care about your fur babies and you. Thank you.

Best decision
Best decision i made to sign up for Trupanion. My dog has Addison disease so monthly visits to vet are required. Trupanion has been responsive, pleasant staff, and expediate claims. Highly recommend.

We Love Trupanion
Every time that I contact Trupanion’s customer service department I am pleasantly surprised with the level of service provided. They are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their job. The coverage that I have selected is excellent for the premium cost. The claims processing is timely and their explanations of benefits are easy to understand.

This is a great company to work with with. Also their is 1 deductible per illness for the lifetime of your pet. this makes managing your pet's illness easy. also you can pick your deductible for your budget

Terrible
Terrible insurance company. They label everything as pre-existing condition so they can avoid paying claims. The policy coverage explanation is unclear as well. Basically you are paying into insurance that you can never use.
