The coverage isn't worth the cost
The coverage isn't worth the cost. This is my second year with this insurance and it's only gotten worse. I will go back to Nationwide, which was a much better option.

Better than no insurance, but lots of exclusions
I do appreciate the insurance overall, but the fact that it does not include the exam fee (which is a large part of the expense of taking a pet to an emergency vet or for a sick visit) is frustrating and a bit misleading when I originally purchased. It would not make sense for any sort of human insurance to exclude the charges of being examined by the doctor, so this exclusion in the fine print should be more clear at the time of purchase.
