Are you kidding me? Aileen and Andrew were like great. Very professional, polite and informative. They added 2 other Fur-balls to the account and went over step by step and advised what plans wer good for the dogs. They were the kind of people you would invite over, have a beer and have a great conversation. Great company representatives. Thanks for reading. Long waits on telephone
Long waits on telephone. Web site not working. Sent vet name etc yet vet has not received any request for info. Over a week waiting.

The submission and payment process was easy to navigate. They did email me instead of the clinic for records and I had to call to actually get my claim processed but it was great to know pumpkin had my back when making financial decisions for my pets care
