Disappointed
I was surprised not to receive a reimbursement on our claim as we took Echo into Sage on an emergency. Her eyes were seeping steadily and our own vet could not see her. It was discovered that she also had double ear infections. We were informed the exam was not covered. Our other claims of emergency were indeed covered.
