As my dog ages I have had more communication with Embrace than the other years we've been insured with them. Every time I have the staff has been more than excellent. The biggest problem is not the Embrace staff, but the vet's office to mail the claim form in!

Little things like the communication style of the emails make you feel like you're dealing with a member of the vet team, as opposed to an adversary.
