Pleasant experience overall
I have two dogs, one of which is pretty accident prone. Pets Best has been really reliable and timely with our claims. Highlights: reasonable coverage, great price, easy online claims process, and quick turnaround.

Great agent, not such a great process
The agent was terrific and polite. My issue is with the fact that you do not do the coverage summary until after the one-month waiting period, so if you find some pre-existing condition that would make Me want to cancel, I will have paid the enrollment fee PLUS one month’s premium.
