Embrace is very user-friendly. I love that you can report a claim in multiple ways. I took a picture of my invoice and uploaded it to my embrace and it was done in two days. I am very satisfied. Also, their customer service goes above and beyond.

We submitted our claim and PetsBest kept me informed of how the our claim was proceeding, they processed it quickly and we were pleased with the coverage.

I have never had insurance for my pets before, but went ahead and got it for both my rescue dogs when I took them in about 2 years ago, just in case.I have found ASPCA's rates to be reasonable, and when we filed our first claim last month (for surgery related to severe periodontal disease), the process was simple, clear, and the claim went through in just over a week. I was satisfied with how much of our claim ASPCA paid, as well. Their website is easy to use, it's simple to access information about my dogs' plans, and customer service has been good. I have heard horror stories from some pet owning friends about other insurance companies, so will now only recommend ASPCA. They are great!

Our claim was processed promptly and the Embrace staff were so thoughtful and caring regarding the loss of our beloved Maiya. They even lit a virtual candle on her behalf at IRememberYou.org. I highly recommend this company and will continue to have our cats insured with them. It's comforting to know that they are there to help when you need assistance!

Great company Working with insurance companies is always like pulling teeth and if they do cover it takes them forever to pay out but at trupanion they are great and pay so fast !! I have never had such a great insurance experience I recommend every animal should have there coverage !!!
