Pets Best is Excellent Pet Insurance
My experience with Pets Best has been very positive. I have submitted claims via snail mail and have filled out the claim forms and up-loaded receipts which was easy. PB kept me up-to-date with my claim status. The only reason that I give them a 9 instead of a 10 is that you have to be sure that the vet's billing is perfect. If there is one error, even if there are receipts to back up the claim, the claim will be denied and the denial letters are not very specific to the claim. Otherwise, PB is fantastic!

A Great Choice.
I am very happy that we purchased the pet insurance offered by ASPCA. It has helped lessen the cost of keeping our dogs healthy and happy. The reps are always helpful and willing to get answers that they don't have.
Claims are paid in proper time frame.
Again our thanks go out to the ASPCA.

Best Insurance Ever to Deal With!
I am so thankful that I have Healthy Paws insurance. When I first looked into this, there were not many other companies offering pet insurance. I discovered that the monthly cost for two dogs far outweighed the cost of the cancer treatments I paid out of pocket the year before. With our newest rescue (#3), it was a very small add to the monthly premium. You select the deductible you are comfortable with, and the reimbursement percentage. Over a year ago, our 14 year old border collie mix Sugar, had successful treatment for melanoma, all claims paid, no issues. And then late last year, removal of (and chemo for) mast cell tumors, which just recently returned. Our vet and oncologist both felt she is still a great candidate to try the next protocol. I can't NOT try this, and with Healthy Paws it is so much less of a financial burden than it would be otherwise. I always share their name with other pet parents. Easy to submit claims, reimbursement is fast, explanations are clear and the new phone app is GREAT! They have made finances something we can worry less about during a very stressful and emotional time.

Our first big vet bill
Our 7 pound Morkie came down with severe issues very suddenly. He did not respond to the first round of medication. We had to take him back and had another round of testing including an ultrasound. Bills totaling over $1,000.00. Healthy Paws delivered fast, courteous service and covered exactly what our policy stated. I would recommend Healthy Paws to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Pleased to have a "cushion" under our beloved dog!
We are grateful to have insurance for our little dog. We were so worried we would lose her recently, but felt comfort in knowing we had insurance with ASPCA to help cover our expenses. Thanks to all who helped bring her back to perfect health!

Improve claim submission
I submitted my claim by fax and no one ever received it, then I sent it in to the claims email and no one got it. I had to actually call in and email it the customer service agents business email, not a very easy process.

Great insurance for Porscha
My dog Porscha had injured her tail and after several vet visits which included laser treatments and fresh bandages, a portion of her tailed required amputation. Porscha is doing great now and I found submitting all my on-line claim forms very easy and my reimbursement came within a few weeks. I would recommend the ASPCA insurance to every pet owner as medical expenses are becoming more expensive very day.
