We recognize the importance of insurance, and while we utilize and appreciate Trupanion and all they've done for us, it's still insurance. Insurance is frustrating, premiums are constantly increasing and while Trupanion says that isn't tied to how often you use your policy, it's tied to the amount of claims and cost within your location - which is tied to how often you use your policy.
