Trupanion is the best.
I would recommend Trupanion to the fellow pet lovers. They provide quick and easy coverage for your pets when you have to take your pet to the Vet. And their Customers service are superb.
If I could give Trupanion a zero star I would
If I could give Trupanion a zero star rating I would. I have now been with them for 6 years and now that I actually need there services they won't pay out. My dog has had several yearly check ups and nothing was noted on her account for her teeth because it was never an issue. I have been apart of trupanion since 2020 and in 2021 she had a check up at the age of 4 where I was told she has mild tartar buildup. Nothing serious. Now she has a problem and needs teeth pulled but I was denied covered due to her having a pre-existing dental issue. (Which was not actually pre-existing) but because her first noted dental was 1 year after being insured by trupanion they go off of her first visit it's still classified as pre-existing. This makes absolutely zero sense that this would not be covered. Trupanion takes your money and uses every excuse in the book to not cover you and your pet. You're better off putting the $2000 a year away yourself for any issues your dog may have as I've spent nearly $14,000 with them and they have covered very little if anything at all. Save yourself the money and the headaches and DO NOT USE their services. I'm very disappointed in their service and would not recommend them to my worst enemy Do yourself and your dog a favour

Great Set Up
So far, the setup, product process has been wonderful. Brandy was very helpful. I sent their records to be reviewed by underwriting and that will be the true test to see what the insurance will actually cover. But overall setting up the plan was great and customer service was wonderful.
