I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Trupanion. They are always willing to help and make claims stress free, fast response, and very polite when dealing with them. My 5 yr old bulldog had TPLO surgery (this is my 2nd bulldog as my other one had the same surgery 5 hrs ago) They were helpful in getting a PreApproval to me and the surgeons office. And they’ve checked in on Nala after the final bill was submitted. I highly recommend getting them if you’re thinking about pet insurance.

Trupanion has been nothing but amazing when it comes to helping us out with our vet bills. Who knew that in almost 8 years of our dog’s short life, she would have 2 major surgeries and one likely more in her future! Trupanion has given us the piece of mind that our dog will be taken care of, and we don’t have to choose between our dog or finances. Every family or friend that gets a new pet, we rave about the benefits of pet insurance and suggest Trupanion. Drew was amazingly helpful at putting my mind at ease after receiving news that our dog had another mast cell tumour that had grown and would once again need surgery. He put things in simple terms when I was trying to understand coverage for the same condition that had repeated.
