Submitting a claim and receiving payment was very easy. I was under enough stress knowing my poor kitty was having a major surgery and didn't need additional stress of the cost of it all. Trupanion has been a lifesaver!

Every person I've ever been connected to from Trupanion is not only incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable and helpful which really matters. The service every representative has provided for me has been outstanding, which is hard to come by that type of consistency nowadays. Genuine empathy, kindness, and enthusiasm in every interaction is so refreshing; however many companies have representatives who are required to be polite, kind, etc. but they're often not equipped/unable to provide answers/solutions to basic inquiries. This is never the case when talking to a Trupanion representative. Truly the gold standard for customer care!
