Simplest thing ever!
Filing a claim with Trupanion is the simplest thing ever! I have a stored picture of my claim form, take a picture of a new meds invoice, attach, submit, voila!

Gunner has been covered by Trupanion since he was a puppy. He tore his ACL when he was a young dog. I had decided to forego surgery. Trupanion has covered his medical expenses ( pain pills, x rays, etc) as he healed to a satisfactory level. Gunner has not been an active dog park dog and shows occasional tolerable pain while he walks a few miles most days. Trupanion has been a great support for us as pet owners.

Several issues with customer service at the start of my dogs illness. This seemed to be due to covid staffing and it was resolved. Folks at customer service always polite and helpful.

I was paying them 2 years. But once I had a claim - they rejected it
My dog has damaged her leg. We went to an urgent care and did an X-Ray. Embrace Pet Insurance said they need a medical history from that urgent care. I never been to that urgent care before so we had no history there. Embrace said it will take longer time to process. And they never paid the claim off. Why do I pay them if they don't do their job? I regret that I was paying them for 2 years.
