Great Coverage + Customer Service
Our dog had to undergo a major surgery. Healthy Paws was instrumental in allowing us to get the best treatment for our pup. He's well on his way to a full recovery and Healthy Paws was able to help with the medical costs and their flexibility on providers was extremely helpful. Customer service has always been fantastic as well, I can tell they really care about the well being of our dog.

Disappointed.
My veterinary office has submitted everything necessary. My dog has been sick and I’m getting no help for reimbursement. Thousands of dollars I’ve spent on my dog and paying the highest amount in insurance for this company to not be helped in the end. Very disappointed.

Trupanion has always been prompt, professional and great to work with.
We have been with Trupanion for many years for our three dogs. They have always responded in a timely and professional manner to any of our claims or questions. Their coverage is fair and has been a huge factor in allowing us to provide the best of care for our dogs when they have had health crisis. We have recommended them to many people.

Customer service reps have always been very kind, polite, and helpful. I can find a lot of my answers on the website but it is still very nice to be able to speak with someone when you have a question or issues you want or need clarification on. Any rep I have ever spoken with has gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for having great customer service because it truly does make a difference.

Never would have thought working with insurance could be this easy
Unfortunately our pup had an emergency and we had to rush her to an animal hospital while out of town. Outside of the vets being great, Trupanion really made the process seamless. Claims were approved within a day, and customer service was compassionate and helpful. Could not recommend Trupanion enough

We have been a Trupanion family since 2012
We have been a Trupanion family since 2012 when my Vet recommended Trupanion to us. With 2 inquisitive pups we new that stuff would "happen". Over the years, we have used our insurance for an emergency and for ongoing anxiety issues with our fur kids. Trupanion has always promptly paid the claims and their customer service is excellent! Can't say enough good about them.

Wonderful coverage and customer service!
My vet submits the claim and I had the option of getting a check or having it deposited in my account. I had to do very little. As soon as the claim is submitted I get notified that it is under advisement. Then I get an email saying the procedure was covered or not.
