A true lifesaver!

I got pet insurance for my first dog ever as a safety net for an over-worried mom and because the price was just too great to say no to. I had no idea how grateful I would be to have it! My pup have chronic intestinal issues which took many tests and biopsies to diagnose. She also just had to have emergency surgery and a hospital stay for a foreign body she ate - scary! and expensive!!! Even though all the craziness of her illnesses, knowing I had Embrace took all the worry off of the financial piece and allowed me to focus on her care and recovery. Thank you!!

Couldn't be happier!

Our 3 1/2 year old German shepherd Jaxx tore the CCL in his knee. Jaxx's surgery went well and before the stitches were even removed Healthy Paws let me know they'd be sending me a check for 90 % of the bill! What a relief! Because it was very expensive! There were no extra phone calls to our vet or surgeon or even us. They just paid it! And I got a very heartfelt email checking to see that Jaxx was doing better. I breathe easier knowing that we have Healthy Paws in our corner. I'm so glad I chose them. Their rates are reasonable(much better than most!) and their service is outstanding. I also love the app and how easy it is to file a claim. Teresa

Empathetic Pet Insurance

We have used USPCA insurance for our dogs for many years. It gives us peace of mind to know that we do not have to worry about expenses when a dog gets sick. The claims are easy to make and the payment is prompt. When a dog has been sick, they call to see how the dog is doing. When a dog died, they send a condolence card.

Thank you for my peace of mind.

As a vet tech, I knew after getting our French Bulldog puppy, that we needed insurance due to their many health issues. However, we did not expect to need it starting at 5 months of age. But boy are we glad we have it! ASPCA is quick, easy, and affordable. We were worried when our baby girl was rushed into emergency surgery, but financially, we were covered. So thankful we decided to enroll our furbabies with ASPCA.

Very Good Overall

We've had the ASPCA for several years and have 2 small dogs insured with them. Overall, we have been very pleased with them, and for us, it has definitely been worth the cost since one of our dogs has had 4 bladder stone surgeries. My criticisms are: 1. Even when prescribed by the treating veterinarian, special diets and food and supplements are not covered 2. The claims department's "reasonable and customary charges" are always lower than what my vet charges. We live in a higher cost of living area and I haven't been able to find a vet in my area that charges what they say are "reasonable and customary". Furthermore, my vet has a waiting room full of patients who obviously believe that the charges are reasonable. So, they need to review how they are coming up with these amounts allowed and revise accordingly.

Amazingly fast and efficient

Excellent coverage and quick turn around time. My 1 y/o Siberian Husky developed cataracts that were operable. The surgery was a success and I was glad to be covered because it made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Best Decision Ever

My Labrador Retriever is 12 years old. We have had insurance since he was about 2. Now he has arthritis and some disc problems. He is having acupuncture and underwater treadmill therapy twice a week. My claims have been paid with no questions at all. This has always been my experience with Embrace. They are terrific.

So easy and Sooo worth it!

After our first major vet visit with our dog we discovered ASPCA pet insurance. They came highly recommended by our vets office, and have been super easy to use from day one. Our breed is predisposed to many conditions and Cancers, and we have found they cover pretty much everything! Making a claim is super easy, and they are always prompt to reimburse us. Just recently our older dog was diagnosed with cancer. I called to discuss what was covered under his plan, and the first thing they did was comfort me. Ask how he was and walk me through the process. They even went over extras that are covered in his plan with end of life services. We got a puppy a couple of months ago, and the day I brought her home I called and added her to our plan. We get health insurance for ourselves, and our kids. Why not our pets?:)
