The claims process was fantastic. Easy to scan over the documentation and then it was acted upon within one day. Doesn't get much better than that!

The claims process was very simple and straight forward. Just needed to provide the PDF's for the performed surgical procedures. After a couple of weeks received an email stating that the claim was accepted and the money would be deposited in the given bank account.

Out of 10 stars, I give Trupanion 12
These people are outstanding. We had to euthanize our cat due to illness/pain. Trupanion automatically refunded the remaining portion of our insurance for that month without us even asking. They also sent us a lovely sympathy card. While our cat was alive, they were very fair in reimbursing our medical bills - there was never any issue with their payments. We will reinstate the insurance once we get a new cat.
