Best Pet Insurance Ever
The best thing I ever did was insuring my girl when she was a puppy with Trupanion. When she developed allergies and needed expensive testing and medications, Trupanion was efficient, easy to work with and lightning fast processing claims and paying me. Several years later, that's still the case. With multiple dogs, I'd tried other pet insurers and they all failed to deliver. Trupanion does that and more.

Good coverage/Bad response time
Coverage and responses were appropriate. The time it took for 3 basic claims to be completed was ridiculous. I got 3 separate requests for the same information that I had already Confirmed had been sent by my vet. Submitted the claims the beginning of April, got reimbursed in July. 3 1/2 months to get reimbursed! Unacceptable.

Excellent Service From ASPCA
I love ASPCA...I received reimbursements very quickly after my beloved Husky was diagnosed with tumors in February. It couldn't bring her back, of course, after she died, or heal my shattered heart. But their timely dispatch of the funds made me feel so much better to know that someone was still functioning and efficient. And the very kind text I received from them was SOOO comforting. Now I have a new Husky, and the first thing I did was insure her with ASPCA.

Easy, reliable, thoughtful insurance
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for 3 of my last 4 dogs. Each of them has had major (and majorly expensive) health issues (cancer, cancer, and irritable bowel syndrome that presented as an intestinal blockage). Every single time one of them had an issue, I never had to worry about whether I could afford the recommended treatment, because I knew Healthy Paws would have my back. They make claim submittal extremely easy, they do all of the background work to obtain documentation, and they provide reimbursement quickly without maximums or fee schedules. On top of that, they are kind and thoughtful and recognize that when you're dealing with a sick pet, the last thing you want to worry about is the insurance. When my dog Bibi eventually passed, they quickly and without being asked cancelled her policy and sent a sympathy card signed by the staff. I will always remember how touched I was by these incredibly thoughtful gestures. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family with pets.

They attended my pup and I so quickly. They told us what was wrong with her and what she needed. Cared for my pup like if it was their own. Very friendly staff and clean environment from the outside of the hospital to the inside.

Trupanion is a must for pet owners!
We've had several dogs and this is our first that we insured. Trupanion has been straight forward and easy to file claims and quick with direct deposit reimbursements.
