I have had 24 Pet Watch for 10+ years with my two older dogs and they have been amazing. I just rescued 2 little dogs and I looked at other insurance companies and decided to stay with 24 Pet Watch. There is no one out there better. Claims are processed in a timely manner and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend 24 Pet Watch!
My cat had a surgery recently, and it costed me 8000 dollars, luckily I have the insurance from Healthy paw. The claim process was very quick, and I received 6000 dollars. Can't imagine what should I do if I don't have the insurance for my little baby.
Takes a minimum of 4+ Weeks to receive reimbursement. It can take 3+ weeks for them to even register that they have received your faxed claim. Categorizes pet issues incorrectly. Have twice reduced our coverage from 80% down to 50% because of claims we have made. We pay premiums for up to $5000 per condition per year and have not exceeded this amount. Poor customer service with extended phone waits and a call back system does not work. Emails can take weeks for them to return. Always have excuses for their poor service…
Healthy paws insurance company is very easy to work with, very caring about my toy poodle and extremely quick with settling the claims. So happy I chose Healthy Paws for my little one. In the two years I have had AahChoo she has had three very expensive incidents and healthy paws was right there by my side.

We cannot say enough good things about Trupanion Pet Insurance. Twice this year one of our Goldens racked up pretty hefty emergency surgery charges. Trupanion staff, reviewed, reconciled and paid us for our claim--both times--within three days. Every premium penny we've spent (extremely reasonable premiums) has been money well spent. We have referred others to Trupanion and will continue to do so.

I’m so relieved that we purchased this pet insurance for our new puppy. It was so easy to acquire the policy we wanted and set up an online account. Submitting a claim for puppy’s vet exam and vaccinations was soooo easy. We received a claim reimbursement so fast. Setting up a direct deposit claim reimbursement was easy and will be especially convenient. We’re very delighted with our choice of Pets Best and will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
I called a representative of Best in order to determine the policy that would cover what I needed for my puppy. I was told I would need an endorsement to my plan to get my puppy’s neutering covered. I waited to schedule his procedure for a few weeks after I obtained the policy to make sure it would be covered. However, when I submitted my claim, it was denied! I was told that I obtained the wrong endorsement and no effort was made to determine how that occurred or to work with me to figure out a solution. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.
The girl was very helpful because pets an be very expensive and they are worth it. If something happens to Gabby I feel the burden of being able to get this insurance will help a lot with the expense
