The customer service at Trupanion is some of the best I have ever experienced. It is clear to me that the staff are extremely well trained, have excellent systems to support them and genuinely care about my pets. I can't begin to describe how much all of that (especially the caring part!) means to my experience as a customer!

Trupanion Cares and has Excellent Customer Service!
The staff took their time with me even when I asked the same question over and over again! (I was tired). I spoke to three different people over three days, and they were very kind and really professional. Most of all, my favorite thing, is that they knew what they were talking about. And unlike several other companies I talked to, who just wanted to make a sale, your staff was really interested in my cat. ??

Trupanion is absolutely the very best pet insurance. Calls are always answered promptly, by friendly caring ladies, and gentlemen... who make you feel like you are the only customer they have. Invoices are paid within a few days, and the Emergency Veterinarian Hospital, paid direct. For more than 12 years Trupanion has been there for our doggie (Princess), and kitty (Meow); who passed on 11/18/20. Our veterinarian promptly submitted the last bill for Meow to Trupanion. It took me a few days to call Trupanion about Meow.... The lady I spoke with was very supportive, and compassionate. She told me they had taken care of everything. Meow's policy had been cancelled on the 18th., the premium was prorated for the month of November, and a refund check was issued. Totally unexpected. The kindness did not end there... a few days later we received a beautiful hand written sympathy card in the mail from Trupanion. Very much appreciated, during a very difficult time. I refer everyone I meet (who owns a fur baby) to Trupanion. I tell them if you really care for your babies, you need to buy Trupanion. Princess, and I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone at Trupanion, June Lewis
