Spot has provided a wonderful experience for our family! The customer service is easy to access, and submitting claims is a breeze. The claims get processed quickly, and I’ve never once had a question or concern from Spot about a medical bill. They have been a godsend. My only regret is we didn’t sign up earlier!

This was the 1st time I filed a claim and I'm very satisfied. Took almost 3 months because my vet had not submitted the information of the 12 months prior to insuring my pet in a timely basis but in the end I received the refund I was entitled to. Had occasion to speak with the staff and I'm pleased to say they were all courteous, informative and attentive.

Scam --- You guys need to be very careful
You need to be very cautious when signing up with this company. I canceled my policy seven months ago, but unfortunately, they have continued to charge my bank account all this time. I only noticed today. Even though it’s partly my fault for not keeping better track, I called the company back and they told me they have no record of my cancellation. I canceled this policy after paying them for nine years because whenever I needed coverage, they wouldn’t cover anything, despite me having full coverage. Your pet has to undergo surgery for them to cover even basic expenses. This feels like a huge scam, so please do not work with these people. Additionally, I would like to highlight the very poor customer service. Every time I called, it took at least three days to reach someone who could help fix my issue. Unfortunately, I found that I was never able to resolve my problem because the representatives seemed more focused on taking my money. If you encounter an issue, good luck getting it resolved.

Timely reimbursement!
Pets Best quickly reviewed my dog's paperwork and bills from the veterinary hospital and reimbursed the payments promptly. This was especially helpful as his health issues have not been resolved and there are ongoing costs. Such peace of mind during this stressful emergency.
