Our veterinarian does not require us to pay until we get our payment from you. Having to pay before filing a claim is difficult for us. That is why we buy insurance!

I have this insurance for almost 10 yrs, they always have been excellent in paying claims quick. This last time, my 15 yrs Yorkie was diagnosed with nasal carsinoma and I took him to the vet oncologist. All the exams and treatments have been very expensive and I was concerned many things were not going to be covered. For my surprise, I got reimbursed very quickly. If you have a pet and you are an animal lover like me, you will do everything for your pet. Thank you for your support, it has been a huge help to care for my little one.

My male outdoor cat had a very high fever. He refused to drink or eat. The vet saw him that very same day. There were numerous tests that were done to determine the type of infection. My cat was given a shot of an antibiotic. He was given an oral antibiotic as well as something to sooth his stomach. It took a week for my cat to get better but he is up and running. Apparently, in our area, there were raccoons that were carrying some type of virus that was making dogs and their owners ill. The vet submitted the claim to Embrace. I received an email from Embrace that they received the claim and would process it within 10 business days. As always, the claim was processed sooner than that and my reimbursement check was in my mailbox. We have used many pet insurance companies in the past but Embrace always has an explanation of benefits that is easy to understand. Other pet insurance companies have changed month to month what is covered. Embrace is reliable and affordable.

After having my dog insured at another pet insurance company for first 10 years of her life I decided to cancel their insurance due to increasing annual premium and not have insurance for my dog. I did this for one year then I decided to find an insurance for my dog again due to her age nearing 12 years and health issues that will follow naturally due to her age. She went through many diagnostics to find the cause...full blood work, x-ray scan, but ultimately MRI found the culprit. It was not cheap for diagnoses I mentioned. I had zero issue with the claim and it was paid out rapidly. Pet Embrace staffs were very friendly and genuinely concerned with my dog's wellbeing. Next step for my dog is radiation treatment if I decide to go that route and Pet Embrace has already told me that radiation treatment will be covered and they are there to support me whatever decision I take from now. It's great to know Pet Embrace Insurance is behind me and knowing that they will insure me on expensive radiation therapy is a huge relief. ASPCA has been great for our English Bulldog. We saw a flyer at the vet when we first got him and thought it just made sense to have peace of mind in case we ever needed it. The website is very easy to use, it guides you through the claim process step by step. The customer service over the phone is one of the best I have ever encountered, very friendly! My claims have always been processed quickly and they offer direct deposit, which is extremely convenient. The premiums and deductibles are very affordable, and very worth it if you end up needing the coverage. They offer something for everybody, which I think is nice too. Our English Bulldog has had a couple of pneumonia episodes and this insurance has come in handy with a couple of hospital stays and trips to the not-so-wallet-friendly emergency vet. I love ASPCA and would recommend their coverage to anyone with a pet.
