Unfair Claim
Took my dog to the vet due to bleeding in teeth, not eating properly and bad breath. Pets best said anything dental is immediately deemed "Wellness" and declined my claim. I will be canceling my ins with them.
Fast payment
Have only had the policy for a month and they already paid out for Heartworm/Flea and tick prevention meds. It's been great service so far.

Was concerned over a growth on my dogs…
Was concerned over a growth on my dogs leg. My vet decided to cryo freeze to remove. It went well sent my claim in and it was paid in reasonable time. Return to the vet for rechecked and she needed antibiotics . Very pleased with getting the claim done in a short waiting time. E

Terrible business, waste of money
I was sold an insurance plan for my pets based on lies (was told dental cleaning was included but they denied my claim and they didnt mention the dog coverage was less than cats' and that there was a $300 deductible) and then when I tried to cancel they wouldn't give me even a partial refund of the payment they JUST took out the day before (on a sunday). You have to call to cancel during business hours only. Garbage insurance, save your money and invest it instead, way smarter!
