Mostly OK
Most everything was fine except that it wasn't clear what my new TOTAL would be when I added the second pet. It would have been much better if it was clear how much each pet costs to insure. The only other thing I'd like to see would be a side by side of things like separate coverage pools versus combined coverage pools and their rates.

Pumpkin made submission and reimbursement easy. They have supported our elderly kitty for urgent care as well as recent set of sophisticated diagnostics to identify root cause of a medical issue.

Very easy to renew plans
Easy to sign up and renew. Having this offered benefit is nice to have and to have it payroll deducted is nice so you don't have to worry about paying an extra bill each month
