Exceptional coverage
At a time were I find customer service in America is going down the tubes, Met Life is a positive exception. Claims are easy to submit, are promptly processed. I was actually refunded more than I expected. Agent are available, communicate clearly and effectively. Everyone I dealt with was compassionate, well spoke, knowledgeable and and ready to go the extra mile. My experience with MetLife is exceptional. Give them 7 stars, not just 5. You have a customer for life in me. Keep up the good work.

The company didn’t charge me for July…
The company didn’t charge me for July payment. So I called to alert them. Now they are charging twice in one month without any notification. I did call. Twice. Your people said it was an issue with your payment processing people. I understand crap happens but alert your customers to expect two charges in one month

Thank You Embrace
Our cat has been battling lymphoma. That medical battle has been stressful enough but a big "Thank You" to Embrace Pet Insurance for making the claim process so easy to deal with. Filing the claims has been a breeze and Embrace has been very responsive from answering questions to the processing of the claims. Much appreciated as we focus on care for our cat.
