would like to retract the review I wrote in the last hour
In my review I complained about inability to reach a human. In going through my inbox, I found a message from a human which I had not seen. It was asking me 3 specific questions. I'd like to retract the review I just wrote; I would like you to not approve this one. I will write another when my outstanding claim is either approved or denied.

Claims take weeks, no customer service
Very disappointed. Lemonade has paid out two small claims, and a third is in process--and has been in process, for weeks now. The insurance is reasonably priced, but the claim experience is an ordeal. Essentially the consumer has to do the work the veterinary office would normally do in submitting the claims. Two of my three claims have gone into "Lemonade Limbo." Any attempts to contact customer service result in a response from a chatbot. Chatbot messages forwarded to "the team" will get a generic email signed by a human, but it is only a boilerplate message. "You will hear from us soon." They need to use another word, because over three weeks is not soon. There is no way to talk to a person, so the claim process is unsettling. Ease of claims and rapidity of payment are what Lemonade sells, but that has not been my experience.

ASPCA Pet Health insurance…appreciation for their phone representatives
Somehow in my signing up for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, I ended up with 2 complete accounts, with 2 different account numbers and both charged to my charge account. Upon receiving the "welcome to our community" for each account, I realized I had 2 accounts for the same pet and called to let ASPCA know and try to cancel one and continue with one. Kelly in Akron, OH began to work on my problem, promised to call me back with the results. Which she did the following morning. I am so grateful ASPCA has phone reps who are willing and able to follow thru solving the problems and fulfill their promises.

I have had Trupanion for a very long time and through a lot of dogs and without the coverage I would not have had additional time with all of my oh so loved dogs. The coverage they offer is top knotch. They have always been helpful and kind and I strongly recommend them.

Easy Claim Process and Great Insurance All Together
Really easy process to do a claim. I had no problems and it was pretty fast. I believe that their rates are really good with the deductible I choose. I'll be keeping my girl here for sure!

Thanks Trupanion from Parents of a limping Fur Child
I am very happy that we didn't have to choose to just treat a symptom because of cost. Our 8 month Mixed Large Breed pup (Olde English Bulldoggee/Dogue du Bordeaux) was Limp around the house, refusing food, wipering in pain for no clear cause. We had the confidence to do X rays and Bloodwork and get him the best care possible. This full work up allowed us to be fully informed. We can change his wellness care, food,and get him pain control and treatment. Without it we would only be giving him meds based on Vet's best guess. We know we are committed to him for the long haul and love that Trupanion is there direct access with our Vetanarian Clinic. QUICK approval for the Claim. I am very pleased. When your Fur Child is ill any reduction in costs is welcomed well worth the monthly premium. Thanks Trupanion
