No hassles, no arguments, just good coverage and attention

We have had Embrace insurance for our dog for the last three years. I have to say that I considered cancelling my policy because it was expensive and didn't cover any of the normal maintenance type bills (I don't have coverage for wellness just injury). Seemed like a waste of money but kept in case something tragic happened. I am SO glad I did! Our dog Lil G has been plagued with a limp for the last few months and we couldn't figure out the cause. After multiple visits to the our vet, physical therapists, surgeons, radiologists and finally a neurologist we figured out the cause. We have had about $4,000-$5,000 dollars in bills and still may have a long way to go with her treatment (hopefully not). Embrace has picked up 80% of the cost and has been a life saver to our family. I would highly recommend this insurance.

She could have been more friendly, but it was good

Trupanion went through a period of not paying claims promptly. Having discussed this matter with several representatives, my claims are now being rapidly approved and deposited into my bank account.

I feel like you are always looking for ways not to pay unlike the policies I have with another company for my other dog and cat.

I recommend Trupanion to everyone I know and have only had positive experiences with staff and policies.

For larger emergencies, it would be much better if more ER vets paid and the insured only had to pay the deductible. It is a huge cost that we do get reimbursed however it is still a huge cost and would be an even better experience if we didn't have to p
