It Was Very Easy And Convenient ...
It was very easy and convenient to upload my vet bill from my phone. I checked my account several days later and the claim was ready. It was detailed and easy to understand. I was very happy with the process as this was the first claim I submitted

Our Claims Experience With Pets B...
Our claims experience with Pets Best has been very positive, filing electronically is very easy. Scan paid vet bill and attach to claim form and send it off. Response usually takes a week or so. Claim is then deposited in our bank acct. the process is so nice and the representatives at Pets Best are the best. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

There should be coverage for pre existing conditions, perhaps at a lower reimbursement rate.
There should be coverage for pre existing conditions, perhaps at a lower reimbursement rate.Having no reimbursement makes pet owners rethink taking pet for treatment as it's expensive & there is no reimbursement at all.
