I was able to get my claim uploaded easily and had a response saying it was received before the end of the same day. Review process was alot quicker than some of the other insurances' I've had to deal with in the past.

We have a new pet and were looking for pet insurance. I did a lot of research and Fetch kept coming up. When I called I spoke to Laura who was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I had may questions. When I hung up with her, I said to my husband "now there is someone who really likes her job."
