Not Ever Given A Reimbursement
We have had this insurance for over three years and it has not reimbursed us for anything. Pre-existing skin and ear conditions are understandable but they have even denied kidney and bladder problems now that have cost us a lot of money. I would not have another policy for a new pet with Trupanion.

Mostly positive experience.
The processing was phenomenal. Very fast! I was still disappointed that his primary problem was anal sacculitis and anal gland expression by the vet is one of the things they do for that problem (unlike routine draining during well exams), but none of the 4 expressions were applied to my deductible. His anal gland expressions were therapeutic. Otherwise, all went smoothly.

Look no further, Trupanion is the best!
I've been a customer since 2012 and so far it's been absolutely worth having Trupanion for my cats medical bills. I just wish they would also cover the actual wellness exam and shipping & handling charges of the medication. Highly recommend to family & friends!
