Trupanion kept him alive ??
I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service Trupanion provided over the years for my dog Hurley. Because of you, I was able to share 13 wonderful years with him. A week before his death, he was running on the beach with me. Not bad for a dog estimated to be between 15 and 17 years old!

Well worth it
Awesome. They make the whole experience easy and have always been very friendly. I recommend this insurance to everyone I know that has a pet.

Anna Walatt was amazing
Anna Walatt was amazing! I had spoken to a few representatives to discuss different aspects of the same issue. My questions got answers but I didnt have complete confidence in them. However, when I got Anna she was much more pleasant. I went over all the information I was previously given. She was extremely patient,knowledgeable and personable. She even went out of her way and did something extra that none of the others offered. Please acknowledge her great customer service by placing a commendation in her records. She is definitely a great asset to your company!

Great Experience
I signed up for Healthy Paws insurance when we first got our puppy, 4 years ago. She hasn't had any serious medical issues so had not had to file a claim until recently. Edie unfortunately punctured her eye causing an ulcer. Being a Boston Terrier, her eye would not heal on its own and required surgery to try and place a graft to assist in it's healing. That surgery was pricey ($3k) and was unsuccessful which then required another surgery to remove her eye (another almost $4k). It was a stressful and traumatic experience for all of us and I was equally stressed about filing my first claim and how it would go
However, Healthy Paws made a stressful part of a stressful experience, so easy and stress free! They even emailed to follow up on how Edie was feeling after her surgery. Highly recommend!

Amazing company
Thank you so much to Healthy Paws for their quick claims processing. Our pup had to have 2 TPLO surgeries in one year. Healthy Paws was very supportive of us and processed the claims so quickly. They then followed up with emails to check on her to be sure she was doing well and to see if they could do anything else for us. Wonderful company, wonderful people!

Your the best
We almost lost our precious Angel. Thanks to the emergency clinic in Leesburg Florida and a special thank you to Trupanion who stood by us throughout. Paid their fair share quickly and without ant disputes. Having such an ease of mind made going through this traumatic event a lot easier. Thanks again Trupanion.

Double Tplo Glad I have Trupanion.
When I had to make my first claim after having this insurance for 7 years. I was nervous they wouldn't pay out. But Trupanion reassured me the tplo surgery would be covered and not worry about it and it's bilateral too so if the other side goes don't worry about it. I just had to get the other side done. I'm very thankful to have this insurance.
Also, all the meds have be covered it's all super easy to make claims. I haven't had any issues. I would highly recommend it to all pet owners. Especially people that don't have 10k sitting in the bank for emergencies like these.
