Great response time
I truly appreciate the support provided through MetLife Pet. Their team consistently communicates updates, needs, and suggestions in a timely and helpful manner. One area where the experience could be enhanced is within the app communication process. For example, after submitting a refund request for monthly flea and tick medication, I was prompted to provide a SOAP note. This requirement wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, which led to some confusion. Providing clearer guidance earlier in the process—such as listing required documentation before submission—would make the experience even smoother.

I love Embrace
I love, love, love this company. My new little pup required extensive and expensive care and Embrace paid all my claims minus the deductible without question and promptly! I have talked about this company to my vet, and she is blown away about all the coverage. I used Embrace for my old nearly 19-year-old pup right up to her end of life and they even fully paid for her cremation and sent lovely notes of sympathy! With Embrace I know I can give my new pup all care and treatment she may need without worrying if I can afford it.
