Relief
Relief I am so happy that I had Pets Best insurance to help me afford my dog Sophie's patellar luxation surgery. She injured her knee while playing with my other dog. This unfortunately was not Sophie's first surgery as she tore her ACLs on both of her back legs when she was younger which unfortunately she was at risk of due to her breed. Pets Best illness/accident insurance has always given the peace of mind for if something like this happened. The only thing I wish was different about the experience is that it did not take almost 2 months to get my reimbursement. I will definitely keep using Pets Best for both of my dogs however

great pet insurance
During a regular well visit, the vet discovered a growth on our 3 year old dog that turned out to be malignant. Thank goodness for pet insurance which covered 80% of the ultrasound and surgery expenses, which means the insurance has more than paid for itself for years to come! The Health Paws website is user friendly and it's easy to submit claims. Once the claim is approved payment is very quick.

Reimbursement for office visit/meds
Had to take our boy to the vet for an unscheduled visit the day after activating the policy. Our policy covered everything except $10 of the vet bill. So far very pleased with ManyPets. It did take a little longer than expected to process and receive the reimbursement check but it was around the holidays so I guess that is to be expected.

Spot is so easy to use and get reimbursed fast when I have to take my German Shepard to the vet. I really like that I can file a claim via the app and I truly feel like I've joined a family of pet parents that care about their furry friend's wellbeing.

Very Happy!
I compete in dog sports/agility with my 4 year old Mini Aussie and recently she suffered a soft tissue injury. Her vet was concerned that she might have fragmented a piece of bone in her elbow and if left it would destroy the joint. X-rays and a CT scan were completed and I’m happy to say that elbows were normal! I filed my receipts with Healthy Paws and they were processed and paid within days! I am extreme satisfied with their customer service and the coverage they provide. Everyone with a pet should have pet insurance and Healthy Paws is rated #1 for a reason! Get it!

The best coverage for our purr babies!
6 of our cats have Trupanion and I've always been happy with the coverage and service. Direct billing has been awesome, especially when Purronica was hit by a car and had vet bills close to $5,000. The customer support reps are always helpful, quick, and available 24/7. The policy is easy to understand and I've never had a problem figuring out what's covered and how much I need to pay. The cost does go up every year so I increased the deductibles and started a savings account to cover higher deductibles. This decreased the cost of the policies and allowed me to add coverage for our senior cat. Make sure to read your policy and understand when dentals are covered. They are expensive so I put aside money for that too. I've compared other pet insurance companies and after years of having Trupanion coverage still believe this is by far the best option. I literally sleep better at night knowing that our cats will receive the care they need if an emergency happens.

We got Spot for our flat coat Albus and we have been lucky enough that he hasn’t needed to use his accident coverage. We got the preventative package too and just got reimbursed for one of his wellness visits. Customer service has been great and submitting our claim was a breeze! We love Spot 🐶

I got Mr. Tinkles aka Gucci in May of 2020. One of the recommendations from the Vet was to get him an insurance thinking about the future we both will had. I immediately call Trupanion and purchased his insurance of 100% of coverage. Amen I did it, Trupanion agents are very caring and compassionate with all My cat needs. Now I got a second Persian, was super easy to enroll over the phone and both of my babies now are covered. Thanks Trupanion for caring pets like humans. God bless…. Elizabeth
