Completely exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Especially in terms of making a claim. Takes no more than a couple minutes and they follow up directly with vet if they have any questions regarding the claim/treatment. We’ve made a dozen or so claims this year and each one was closed within a couple days and not once did we have to do anything other than submit the claim.

We love Liam as if he were our child. We rely heavily on Healthy Paws in Liams health care. Healthy Paws is quick to respond and provides excellent coverage for Liam. We have had Healthy Paws since Liam was born and will continue to keep them as Liams health care provider. They have never let us down

2nd best thing we've ever purchased
2nd best thing we've ever purchased, 1st best was our puppy. Trupanion has been by our side from day one and they have been the greatest. Taking the financial burden away when your best friend is ill or injured is worth millions. They have helped us numerous times and I can not thank them enough! I signed up my two cats
I signed up my two cats two years ago. My previous cat passed away after a long and expensive illness. One of them has recently been having urinary issues, and the claims process is very easy. It's great to have some help with the vet bills.

The few claims I submitted took a very long time to process. They said they had requested more information from my Vet but my Vet had no record of any requests. I ended up doing all of the leg work. Do not even hope to get through on the phone, it simply won't ever happen. You have to do all of your communication by email and hope they respond to you. In the end, the high limits and high denials did not make the policies (for 2 dogs) worthwhile. I am not renewing for the second year.

Best decision I ever made
I have a Saint Bernard who is 15 months old and the sweetest thing on four legs. Unfortunately, she developed epilepsy, though neither her parents nor any pups in her litter had it. I got this insurance before I knew this, just in case something happened. Best decision I ever made. I have had to make countless claims (I literally have lost count) and she is still with us. Emergency visits, hospital stays, labs, specialists, medicines, and on and on. Despite this, this company has not denied a single claim. Not one. This insurance has paid for itself 20 times over but most importantly, saved my Maisy. Best pet insurance ever.
