my only issue was I sent in the invoice for our dog Douglas.
my only issue was I sent in the invoice for our dog Douglas....it was page two (the first page had a kitten information and information on another dog (also covered) who was just getting heart worm preventive meds.....they wanted me to send the whole invoice and proof of payment. Please note the second page with Douglas listed and his allergy shot showed payment of the full bill (over $500.00 by American Express).....I just thought that was a bit odd sending info in for pets that had nothing to do with the claim and also proof of payment which was with the first submission.....just a little different than what I have experienced in the past.

Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months.
Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months. Its easy to blame inflation for rising prices, however, a $21 monthly increase takes a toll on a middle class family like my own. I was forced to raise my deductible to keep my premium at a reasonable rate and I¡¦ll be shopping around to other pet insurance companies moving forward.
