No Hassle Direct Deposit for Pet's Accidental Ingestion
Dog ingested a bunch of small plushy toys and string. Two got stuck and needed surgery on their stomach/intestine. Had the cheapest plan which was accident only insurance which covers accidental ingestion. Total bill came out to be $13K which Pet's Best covered $10K of it (policy yearly maximum) which they direct deposited to me with no hassle. Just had to upload the invoice and wait a month.

Can't say enough good things about Pets…
Can't say enough good things about Pets Best, I have 3 dogs covered with them at 90% coverage $1,000 deductible their premium is so reasonable! Recently one dog needed his 1st of 2 ACL surgeries they were quick to review, approve the claims and quick reimbursement after co-pay. Customer service is fantastic! Everyone that I've ever spoke to is so helpful, polite and friendly. Highly recommended!

Five star company
I've had Pet Plan, now Fetch, for over ten years. I've always received great customer service from people who seem to really care about my dog! Unfortunately, we're now dealing with cancer treatment and I'm submitting claims once a week. Fetch's interface is super easy and their payment turnaround is very fast.

Personable and Human!
Monica was so helpful! I was browsing for pet insurance since I just got a kitten and it made all the difference to receive a call and discuss the policy and answer my questions. As a college student, I like that the plan is cost effective yet it still covers everything my kitten, Gina, needs!

Truly disappointed with the appeals…
Truly disappointed with the appeals division. My dogs issues are clearly related, yet even with my vet’s support and personnel letter my claims are still divided, forcing me to meet 2 $500 deductibles. Very disappointed.

One of the best things I have done.
This gives me the peace of mind that if something major would happen, I can handle the expense to take care of my dog. I love how quickly they handle the claims. My dog has developed an ear infection-allergy issue which makes me really glad I have Trupanion protection.

Great experience all around
Spot's website made it very easy to get a policy for our cat online. In just a few minutes, we were enrolled and part of "the Pack". Thanks Spot!

Don't fall for the warm and fuzzy advertising.
Healthy Paws is happy to insure your dog as long as they are young with minimal risk. They up the premium so much that you are basically forced to cancel it when they reach their senior years. This way they profit off you and then dump you when there is too much of a risk. I just went thru this with them. I have over the years recommended HP to many and now will never do so again after these tactics. Cancel and put that money away in a separate account. How many people can afford 400 to 500 dollars a month? Research it before considering HP. They will screw you over.
