HEALTHY PAWS INSURANCE!?! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. We've been clients for almost two years. They got us through a TPLO ($5000) surgery with our dog. We were resposible for $800- Healthy Paws covered the rest. AND they help with the Rehab!!!! We have 80% reimbursement, BUT Healthy Paws worked directly WITH the Animal Hospital. So my husband and I were never reimbursed- the hospital was! Solid team of professionals here. App is easy to use. Amazing. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Embrace is wonderful!
Embrace has been truly helpful and wonderful for our dog. The new claim uploading process has made everything so much easier. Customer service has always been great. My only complaint is that the premium has continued to increase.

New puppy policy
I have just signed up for insurance for our dog yesterday so this rating is for the interactions with Monica at Prudent Pet. She has been very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions about this policy. I feel this company is one of only a few that offers coverage for heriditary heart problems that may occur later in a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's life as long as it is not pre-existing. I also like the 24/7 Veterinarian call access when you need to speak to a veterinarian during off hours.. I have not submitted a claim yet. I am hoping my experience with that will be just as good as Monica in the Sales Department.

Overall I liked that you can easily submit claims online via the app and upload a photo of the documentation. I also like the 24/7 helpline included with the coverage. I would give it 5 stars if the claim processing time was faster.

Working with Eileen on Josie's claims is such a breeze! The app makes it easy to collect document uploads. Straightforward claims like prescriptions were refunded instantly! Even the more involved claims went smoothly. Eileen emailed me at every step of the process. She asks questions about my dog's wellbeing, which makes us feel valued and cared for.
