As a new customer of this insurance program I found the person I spoke with to be kind and prompt with getting my questions answered on how to submit a claim.
As a new customer of this insurance program I found the person I spoke with to be kind and prompt with getting my questions answered on how to submit a claim. She sent me the form I needed to complete which helped expedite the process. She even said she hoped our young dog, who had been quite ill, was recovering well. I felt cared about and the experience of that call was very positive.
