Patrick was amazing!! He answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to file claim. I’ve had Trupanion for my service dog so this was my first experience with “normal” Trupanion. Patrick explained the whole process and sent me an email with the instructions on how to file a claim. People like Patrick and the people in the service dog department are why I chose Trupanion for all my pets. Thank you!

Our dog was peeing blood, which is indicative of several potential serious diagnoses. We took our dog to the nearest emergency vet, and insurance denied full coverage despite us paying 130/month for insurance for YEARS. We did not feel supported and the customer service rep was condescending when we called to inquire what was happening and why there was no pre-approval. As a grad student who has to choose how I spend my money wisely, I am extremely disappointed that I’ve spent so much money on Trupanion insurance all these years. I could’ve saved so much money.
