The insurance is good and filing a claim online expedites the process.
The insurance is good and filing a claim online expedites the process. However, I question the need for entering the dog’s DOB and the date we got him on every single claim. His DOB and the date we got him isn’t going to change from one claim to the next.

The experience was fine although under my deductible so I have no idea how the claim would be handled if you actually had to payout. I might give you a higher rating for Recommend but can’t as your rates are too high and keep escalating yearly. If my pets were younger I would switch.
