Best pet insurance ever.
Quick, easy and efficient - I phone in or email my request for refills of prescriptions, the claim is put through to Trupanion and I just pay my portion when I pick up. I also get emails that advise the claim has been received and processed - showing the pay out amount.

My dog had a leg wound that required medical attention from a vet and treatment -luckily surgery was not need(at least not yet) and the claim process was so easy and quick.

Great service, claims paid very quickly
My claims were all paid very quickly, within a few days, no questions asked. When you are dealing with a sick pet it's important that you have that kind of support. When I called to find out if my cat was covered the person I spoke with was very kind and helpful.
