Do not get this health coverage Its a Big Rip-off Iv been paying close to hundreds dollers and received nothing back they like to give alot of excuses why you are not getting a refund. Or at least half back !!! This is not a recurring issue this illness just started this illness has nothing to with last years issue with my pet and Ive even vested mor money thousands and allI get back is .47Cnts they came up with maney excuss I thought I was investing into my dog so when treatment does come up I can get the support and the back up I needed. Apparantly Not ! When you need them the most Iv vested alot paying monthly payments for a whole year !! All they want is your money dont ever get trupaion again Im telling every one about this scamm they have going on !! And Im going to post all of this on my social media and others. unhappy customer!! I highly recommend Trupanion. They have been a real lifesaver.
I have 3 dogs. 10, 7, and 3 years old. I purchased Trupanion pet insurance for each dog as soon as I got them. The reason for me is peace of mind if anything major happens and I couldn't afford the treatment. I never wanted to use the insurance. Just this past year my 2 older dogs developed major illnesses. One with diabetes and the other with pancreatitis and IBD. We were going to an internal medicine veterinarian every few weeks. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Trupanion. They have never refused to pay any of my numerous claims for both dogs. I am so thankful for them! I always recommend them to anyone I know with a new animal. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is the absolute best!!

I have had a very good experience with Trupanion. I did pay my monthly fee for over two years but when I needed last year with my Lucy they were there. Right now in the middle of a lost of our Lucy when the pain hurts a lot Trupanion was there for me. Got my money covering the expenses in two weeks without moving a finger. Thank you Trupanion you were there when I needed the most.

Horrible
Horrible! You can't reach a live person and they have caps on well medication and didn't cover an ACL tear which was diagnosed after the policy was in effect. It has been less than a year that we have this insurance and within a few months we felt we made a mistake.

The best insurance I have ever dealt with
I am super happy with healthy paws as it is super simple to file a claim with them and upon receiving the claim, they check the invoice and remit the amount to you as per your plan. No follow ups required or unnecessary questions asked. Best customer service ever. Keep up the good work 👍

Trupanion is a true blessing
I’m so grateful that trupanion. If it wasn’t for them my poor little Dachshund would be in miserable shape. He turned out to be allergic to so many things in our environment. I don’t know how I could have taken care of him without them. They are a “True Blessing “. Seriously !

Life Saver
Trupanion is a life saver. Yea insurance can be expensive but if you love your pet this is essential. My 13 yo had a seizure in the middle of the night end I rushed him to the ER. The full work up was quoted at $6500 for hospital stay and MRI. Trupanion covered him and paid the hospital direct. They were so compassionate and caring and not to mention extremely fast to respond. Its well worth it and provides peace of mind!
