Great coverage and smooth claim process
I've had a policy with Trupanion for many years. I appreciate the fact that the premium remains the same year after year. I also appreciate the 90% coverage on most services. The best part is the fact that there is no cap per condition. Great experience with customer service and claims department. My claims get processed quickly. Small suggestion for improvement: some info that we are asked to enter when submitting a claim are not claim-specific, and could be recorded and attached to the pet's profile so we don't have the re-enter the info each time, like whether the pet is neutered, or whether the pet has had another insurance in the past.
