If there were an option to put zero…
If there were an option to put zero stars I would. Poor customer service and denial of all claims is the standard for this company. My dog had to have a surgery and then a follow up. Then another issue arose. We received a $9 reimbursement on over $3000 in medical bills. And when we questioned the low amount sent to us the person on the phone said we hadn’t met the deductible! When we requested to cancel the policy the person on the phone became rude and hung up on me in the middle of my conversation. Do not buy insurance from these people they are only interested in collecting premiums and refusing to pay any claims

Extremely poor coverage and vague…
Extremely poor coverage and vague descriptions of coverage and services. My daughter’s cat recently had surgery for a serious condition amounting to $7000. Her policy with ASPCA did not cover anything! Their reasoning was pre-existing condition and uncurable condition. Neither of which was stated in their policies. I believe that this insurance is a scam! If it is associated with the ASPCA organization, I would never give my money to their organization. Horrible!

Switched our corgi, Pickle, to Fetch last spring after the old insurer bumped rates yet again. Claims process feels sane—three cuts from a squirrel-chasing episode reimbursed in nine days. Website’s still glitchy (had to re-enter his birthdate twice), and the fine print is… well, print. But the humans on chat were warm, and Pickle’s stitches are now just a funny story. So far, solid, not dazzling; keeping the fourth star.
