Prices are good but service wasn't
Prices are good but dealing with a NOT AT FAULT accident was extremely time consuming. Very difficult to get ahold of the adjuster or get a clear idea what was going on. Sure did not make me feel like a valued customer with the amount of time I WASTED and confusing things I was told. Maybe I am naïve but I really don't trust what I was told.

I like the fact I can get all details…
I like the fact I can get all details online. I do not like how my rates had not reduced a lot over that past few years. Especially since there is no longer financing on the car. I would have expected a decrease in my premium. I have never had an accident or a theft from my home yet very little movement in my rates

I cannot say. It will soon be 30 days since I enrolled, my second monthly payment has been debited and I still have not received a paper copy of my policy and claims forms. I called to be sure they had my request I and was told all of the materials will be malled to me within 10 days of enrollment. Nothing received to date.
