This company is a big fn scam

This company is a big fn scam. I've been a customer for about 7yrs. A few yrs ago I put in claim that denied cause it didn't meet my $450 deductible. Put I recently put in a claim for $1100. They paid me a whopping $27 out of the $1100. They are a fn scam. They had no problem taking my money for 7yrs, but when it's time for them to pay, good look. So if anyone is even considering using this company. Run while you can and save your money from these scam artist

Claim process review

The online application system is easy along with uploading documents - thank you! The e-feedback on the claim process is very beneficial as sometimes electronics can be difficult. I appreciate the updates on completeness of the claim and whether additional documents are required. We are very satisfied with Pet's Best.

Claim processing time is improving…

Usually a claim has taken the maximum alloted amount of days to be fully processed and a statement provided. I notices this time the time it took was shorter - which is indicative of the efforts stated on the BBB website to improve response time and processing time for claims, I see it is beginning to show. Great improvement - overall I'm impressed. Businesses OFTEN promise improved customer service but don't always deliver, and you are. (I provided feedback as well, that it was taking a very long time, and it seems to have been heard and improved on in recent months.

More diagnosis choices needed

First of all, I love Embrace Pet Insurance, and I appreciate the ease of submitting a claim online without having to have a claim form filled out by the veterinary clinic and/or doctor. However, I am frustrated that the choices of diagnosis are very limited. If the actual diagnosis is not listed then the claim is submitted "no diagnosis given." I did receive a diagnosis but it was not listed! Typing in the actual diagnosis from the Vet is my only option, and yet the claim is still listed as "no diagnosis given."

Beware of sketchy policy regulations

Beware of sketchy policy regulations! HP just canceled my policy after paying for 3 years, due to my bank updating my debit card. They did not notify me via email, who pays the bill, but my son who has the dog. When asked to reinstate the policy (after one month) they refused and wanted me to purchase a new policy for twice as much! Non the less, I have been ripped off for $1500. and no longer have the insurance. This is one shady business!!

Nationwide makes filing a claim easy

The process for filing a claim with Nationwide could not be easier. The claim form is pre-filled so that the only thing I have to fill in is the information specific to the claim and attach a copy of the bill. Within a very few days the money is deposited in my bank account. There is no comparison with this and what I go through with Medicare. Seriously, my dogs have far better insurance than I do. Nationwide is one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Based on my pet insurance experience I am planning to switch my other insurance to Nationwide.
