I am so happy I have Trupanion for my pet, Marley!
Trupanion has been wonderful! They are truly concerned about our pet and very prompt with each claim and reimbursement if claim warrants. I could not be happier!

Tons better than VPI/Nationwide Pet Insurance
I originally was a customer of VPI/Nationwide Pet Insurance due to a large discount offered via my place of employment. However, due to various difficulties (claims always denied, limited coverage options for senior pets, and too many exclusion policies) with VPI over the course of 3 years, I finally canceled my insurance with them and chose to pay out of pocket for Pets Best. I have made one claim so far with PB and had absolutely no issues - claim was processed promptly, very easy to use their app, and received the 90% coverage reimbursement after co-pay and deductible. Yes, it was cheaper with the employer paid pet insurance discount in terms of monthly premiums, but I am getting more value for my money now paying the PB premiums and much more peace of mind.

Healthy Paws saved the day!
I signed up for the insurance back in February. I was hoping never to need it but figured it was a good safety net. In July my dog was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes needing surgery. The cost was over 4,000, and I was thinking that the insurance may try to find a reason to deny it. We did the surgery and submitted the claim. A week later my 90% reimbursement was approved no problem! I was so pleasantly surprised. I've had a loss of income due to Covid, and this has been an amazing experience. I recommend Embrace 100%
Not once in over 8 years i had a bad experience with Embrace. Its an amazing good insurance : great coverage, transparent policies, easy filing claims and quick payments. Their customer service is lovely and very helpful. I've had Embrace for all of my 4 kitties and it was the only way we were able to give them the best healthcare possible, for cancer and kidney failure. I 100% recommend Embrace to any any pet parent.

Healthy Paws Pet Ins. is the best!
We've had Healthy Paws Ins. for over 10 yrs now, spanning 2 different dogs. Prior to Healthy Paws we tried two other Pet Ins. Cos., but were very unhappy with their services, payments, etc. Healthy Paws pays 90% of the Vet's bills, is hassle free, quick & easy claim submissions, and most claims were paid in under 10 days. They even paid 90% for the euthanasia for our 1st dog (God Bless her sweet little soul) when the very sad time came. All's I can say to reviewers is don't waste your time with other Pet Ins. Cos. .. be wise .. go straight to Healthy Paws. Then sit back and relax knowing your pet is well covered (and your wallet too).
