Trupanion changed their policy from when we originally purchased our plan.
Trupanion changed their policy from when we originally purchased our plan. We are very upset by this as the features we thought we could have are now not allowed. I would have selected a different plan that was cheaper if I had know I would not have the flexibility I was promised.

Reimbursement
For the first time in 8 years submitted a claim for 98.00 and got a reimbursement of 43.00. I understand that the insurance will not cover regular checkup but if the pet has an emergency, there's no way the vet will reach a diagnostic without an exam. My point is that they should cover the exam too. Don't think it worth it, paying 8 years without any claim. Received a confirmation letter on August 22, 2020 with the total approved and today September 1 had not receive the check yet.
