I expected better coverage. I still had to pay a significant amount out of pocket. I thought after reading the coverage that it was better than I received. I was surprised.

Easy to use sign up, but disappointed in the 30 day waiting period.
Because I would expect that once I start paying my deductible that insurance would be available immediately, especially when there is a deductible. I also understand why there would be a waiting period, so that people don't just sign up and then stop the next month, but I feel as though that you could do a cancellation fee on the back end instead of a waiting period on the front end. That would make more sense and would probably get more people to sign up.
